On behalf of our customers, we may also include a pixel on most Nytwork-powered properties, which if activated by a customer and granted the appropriate consents, allows us to record that the profile was viewed and, to provide an accurate picture to our customer of real consumer engagement. We do not match visitor IP addresses to any other personal data about consumers.

These technologies are also used to provide content that aligns to your past behaviour or interests (for example, we use pixel tags in our electronic newsletters to measure open, click through and read rates and to tailor future content you receive).
Targeting and Social Media Cookies
We also use these types of Tools to limit the number of times you see an advertisement as well as help measure the effectiveness of the advertising campaigns. They allow us to understand and evaluate clicks on our adverts and how you interact with our Sites, Products, communications and Nytwork powered properties so that we can improve the services you receive.
How can you manage these Tools?
The length of time a cookie will stay on your browsing device depends on whether it is a “persistent” or “session” cookie. Session cookies will only stay on your device until you stop browsing. Persistent cookies stay on your browsing device after you have finished browsing until they expire or are deleted.
Tools that are Strictly Necessary are typically set to expire after no more than 12 months. Third-party Tools used for Performance are typically set to expire after no more than 24 months. The duration of targeting and social media Tools varies, with most expiring within 2-3 years.
As mentioned above, if you wish to adjust or withdraw your consent to the Tools placed on your browser, you can do so at any time by email us at privacy@nytwork.com.
Alternatively, you may also set your browser to block all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being set. For more information, please refer to your browser settings. Note that by disabling certain categories of cookies, you may be prevented from accessing some features of our Sites or certain content or functionality may not be available. Certain browsers allow you to navigate websites in an incognito or private mode. Once the browser session is closed, typically all cookies collected during the session are automatically destroyed.
Web beacons can be rendered ineffective in some circumstances by opting out of cookies or amending your cookie settings in your browser. If you have further questions regarding how to stop the use of web beacons, please contact us at privacy@Nytwork.com.
In the US, we comply with the Digital Advertising Alliance industry standards with respect to interest-based advertising. To learn more about your advertising choices if you are in the US, please email us at privacy@nytwork.com. Note that opting out does not mean you will no longer receive online advertising. It does mean that the company or companies from which you opted out will no longer deliver ads tailored to your web preferences and usage patterns.
Some web browsers incorporate “Do Not Track” features. Currently, no industry standard exists for handling “Do Not Track” requests, therefore at this time, our Sites may not respond to “Do Not Track” requests or headers from these browsers.
Sharing with Partners
Based on your consent through our cookie settings, Nytwork may share analytics and targeting cookie data with select partners for the purposes of performance metrics, audience selection and advertisement. You can change your cookie settings at any time by emailing us at privacy@nytwork.com.
